Fraudulent Phone Call Alert - from 01 - 7981000

It has come to our attention that members of the public are receiving fraudulent calls claiming to be from the Courts Service in relation to outstanding fines.

We are aware that the fraudulent phone calls appear to be from a number associated with the Criminal Courts of Justice.  The Criminal Courts of Justice will never ring anybody asking for credit card details.

If you receive such a call, please do not engage with the caller and do not share any part of your PPS Number, credit card details, bank account details or any other personal information with them.
